Achieve it.\u201d<\/p><p>I am Michelle Fredua-Mensah and I can help you to become the best version of yourself by making fitness fun and fit around your life, without spending countless hours in the gym.<\/p><p>I am a qualified personal trainer, with a B.A. in Biomedical Science, and a Women\u2019s Artistic Gymnastics coach and judge, with over 20 years experience.<\/p><p>I am a Pro Top 5 Olympian, Top 3 Arnold Classic USA winner and an Arnold Classic UK Champion. Before taking up bodybuilding, I was a competitive Regional\/National\/International level Women\u2019s Artistic Gymnastics and Cheerleading athlete.<\/p><p>I work with a diverse population and specialise in lifestyle transformations, bodybuilding prep, strength and conditioning, functional and gymnastic strengthening hybrid training.<\/p><p>A particular focus of my work is with individuals who face physical and mental health challenges. I structure bespoke diet, exercise and training programmes that enable them to achieve the goals they set for themselves and reach their full
